Welcome to Region 9 of Sweet Adelines International!
Region 9 has over 1000 talented women singing in 18 choruses and quartets that dazzle audiences whenever and wherever they perform! Region 9 members are lucky to live in the warmth and sunshine of Florida and South Carolina – but the warmth and sunshine we receive as we sing together brings us real joy.
We are all real women. We come in all different sizes, shapes, colors, and ages, but we share a love of singing and cherish the friendships we form. Being in Sweet Adelines brings each of us a sense of real harmony... harmony in our personal lives and harmony with the world. As a worldwide organization, we focus on sharing a love of singing that brings harmony to us all, regardless of our backgrounds. And we enjoy real fun whenever we get together to sing! Although we work hard at rehearsals and are constantly learning, it’s the joy of singing and the fun we have together that is reflected in our faces and in our voices.
